Mission of the Letters & Insights
As a Supply chain and Logistics Expert I am issuing insights and letters in 3 workstreams:
A) Logistics & Shipping Industry Insights
In this workstream you can find my letters regarding logistics trends, fenomens, reactions on prices spikes or supply chain crises and explanation of some basic processes or just my observations and call outs.
B) LogTech Reviews & Info
Most of my letters are from this workstream - here i zoom in explaining type of solutions in supply chain execution, their linking to other types, i do basic education here to common people about types of software and what values they bring within supply chain execution and last, but not least some particular software vendors reviews.
C) SAP Logistics Explanations & Updates
Here in this workstream are updates from SAP arena, key functions, explanation of SAP landscape in Logistics, recommendations and tips and best practices to customers and users. My motivation is not to promote SAP, but instead educate the market as by today SAP offering is too large and too complex to understand.
Who am I?
Jakub Ctvrtnicek, supply chain expert with some 22 years in industry presence. My work encompasses 3PL industry (worked for DHL GF and cargo-partner) as well as software vendors for logistics and supply chain (InforNexus, AmberRoad, E2open, Slync.io, SAP) where I had opportunity to work with tons of customers on

change management process of digitalization in supply chain execution
business consulting - helping customers to gain value, monitor KPI, set processes, manage expectations with stakeholders etc.
